At MotoGP Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of racing history; if your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 28 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all official authentication holograms and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that any certificates of authenticity are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Item

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
